The bad:
No fog lights...wouldn't fit after FMIC install so I sold em.
Front driver fender dent at trim piece above bumper
Several other small dents including driver a-piller, trunk, etc...all can be pdr repaired
Usual wear on driver seat plus small burn hole in cushion. Rest of interior is clean and good.
Carpet worn, especially in front of the back seats
PS Pump noisy...have replacement good used pump. Just need to install it.
ABS not working, disabled...probably needs sensors
Cigarette lighter doesn't work
Dome lights don't work (most of the time!) Map lights are fine.

This car runs great...very easy daily driver. Shifting is easy even at high rpm now that the new OEM master and slave clutch cylinders have been installed.

The dash is not cracked, all interior leather is in good shape except as noted, windshield washers work, power windows all work, fully functional non-leaking sun roof, etc.

This is a fun and reliable daily driver and a good foundation for any project you might have in mind. I could probably fix it up...get some PDR and some floor mats and sell this thing for a lot more...but I need to make some changes for personal reasons and don't have the time or budget to do what this car deserves.

Can't afford a new Si. 99-00 si's are beat up mostly and the newer ones are too slow for my taste and a bit too odd looking. Now if I could get a TypeR...

I will consider trades, btw.

All those 5's have made you crazy, thinking about getting a Honda - yikes! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Good luck...hmmm, #20 and 20,202.020, hmmm, that twin turbo setup sure is sounding tempting for the GTO, he he...I need to stop thinking about that stuff.

You need pictures in the ad.

I thought KC provided a very nice pic.

Seriously: I will get pics in as soon as I can fine some free daylight hours to shoot them. Hopefully this evening or tomorrow at the latest. Thinking of a pair of bookends for No. 4, Harry?

In case you are just checking back...interior pics added. Knock issue seems to be resolved (tuning does wonders). Idle issue is much improved and I think an FIAV block off will fix the rest...I am ordering one on Monday. Also, e-brake works fine now. And, yes, I made sure there was no drag on the rears from a mis-adjustment.

The AC works fine. A drive like you asked about is always a risk in a 15 year old car but if I was going to jump into a 15 year old car and drive it a thousand miles I would do it in number 5. (Actually I DID jump into number 5 and drive it a thousand miles when I bought it and it is in better shape now mechanically than it was when I picked it up. Just don't run 20 lbs boost and keep your foot in it all the way home /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif.)

BTW...Brakes have all been replaced within the last 10,000 miles or so, including all calipers, pads, and rotors.

Update...front passanger side cv boot replaced. Caught it quick so no problem with cv joint. Mechanic topped off transmission and did some inspections i had requested including crank freeplay just to be sure everything was good.
