The Bad
-gas tank leaks from seal
-needs front ball joints axles and bushings installed have parts
-needs 2 front tires
-valve cover gasket

located in staten island... i drive this car everyday to and from work 25 miles so yes it runs and drives

Yes it would drive to pa, You would need to title it and insure it to you first, a trailer would be your best bet
