FS: 16g turb setup

I have for sale a 16g turbo with external wastegate setup, This is a 38mm tial wastegate with the spring rate I am unsure of. It is in all relatively good shape for sitting at my parents for the past year I am looking for 450 OBO.I also have a polished cyclone intake manifold only $100.
