factory alarm

is there anyway i can disable the factory alarm? everytime i unlock it from the driver door and open it, it activates and i gotta go to the trunk or passenger side to disarm it. Is there a fuse i can pull out? already unplugged the thing under the hood. its been really pissing me off.
