exhaust cut out valve question!

I tried searching! but couldn't find anything.
What was the brand of that NON ELECTRIC cut out valve?
The one using the actuator / boost pressure to open.

reason i'm asking is because my electric one doesn't seem to seal properly,
so i might modify it to work with the actuator (better seal)
