EGT question

This is probably a stupid question but I tried to use the search and couldnt find anything. What should the EGT be at crusing speed (60-70mph)?

According to vfaq:

Idle after warm-up: 1000
Normal constant speed (~3000 RPM): 1350
Danger: 1700+

That f* would be degrees fahrenheit. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

1350*c would be 2462*f ...

... and that would be the end of a few bits in the exhaust stream ...

Yea, I kinda figured that was common sense...
