ecu experts please help

Hey guy ive been messing with my brothers galant for about a year trying to get it to idle and run correctly . So a little history, the car would always start but run very rich , if any gas was givin or load put on the motor it would die as soon as you let off the gas. Could these spots on the ecu be the the problem? Thanks guys ive tried everything to get this car running right and this is about the only thing left.

1) Picture #1- Those pins that are acid damaged on IC110 are used by the driver chips, which control things like the FPR, BCS, and Purge solenoids, as well as the MAF Reset and MFI relay, so you could have any sort of issues with that.
2) Picture #2 - Whoever did the caps didn't do a very good job. It would appear that the lefthand lead on the front 100uF cap isn't actually making contact to the top layer of the PC board. The acid usually eats a ring around the lead hole, so there is no copper left to make contact.
