ECU capacitor question

Just got a used v2 dsm link ecu for a good price just wondering if the capacitors were replaced or not.I am guessing they were just not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't recall all the markings on the old parts, but I think they had a name like "Rubycon" or something on them.

They have. The factory ones sit flush on the board.
