"+" is the equivalent of "Exact Word" on other search engines. Otherwise it will pull in anything similiar in structure or wording.
"-" then XXX deletes anything with that string, in our case anything with a Reply.

Search "How to Search" on this site LOL, people post it up every once in awhile. And yes it's quite a bit different than other web pages.
