IMO, most paypal transactions are safe. As Iceman said, just do your homework. We are a tight knit community, so that makes our classifieds safer than other forums.

No capitalization and no periods is probably one reason. Also, that should have been one sentence and one question. Unless you use full on sentences with proper grammar, the forum won't add it to the post counter.

Most of the transactions I've done here have been good, but have also received broken parts as well...Haven't been blatantly ripped off though, but majority of people here are OK to deal with, but check the bad guy section first; doesn't mean they'll be on there (there's always a first time from somebody who seems alright), but is a good start point.
