bore spec ?

I have a block on my bench . It's largest piston hole is currently 86.36mm. Can it be cut again? If so would I need a 4g64 head gasket?

Otherwise I think I'm making a coffee table

My pistons are 86.87mm (3.420") so I don't see a problem?

His is already a 86.37mm bore. And he wants to cut it again.
