I was looking at some of Dejon Tools Intake made already for the Evo Maf and are designed to fit in the stock maf location of the 1G. Anyone know if the design of these would work in our cars as well with the battery removed of course. They said they think the 2G would probably fit but werent 100%.

I have the stock 2g rubber intake on my car. I hate where the BOV tube is located. I think this may be a better option!

Modifications definitely need done with the 2g injen intake due to the bOV recirculation location( on stock IC piping) you either have to upgrade upper IC piping and place the BOV accordingly, or modify a crazy recirculation tube.....like we did. We pieced a mini van hose ,I belive it was, from autozone. Works for now untill my front mount gets installed

Im considering a similar intake to the above, but im sure my stock intake has 2 further hoses coming from it (approx 10mm each)... would this still be suitable?

Most aftermarket intake's don't have accommodations for the charcoal canister vent or crank case vent.

^^A 2g injen intake has them. Sometimes you get lucky and find them on eBay for cheap. They sell the pigtail here on the org.

I bought a Dejon Intake pipe for my Evo MAF with the battery relocated. Worked with zero issues.

It was designed for a 1G MAF
