If it was factory it would probably have a boost gauge and I don't see one.
The leather is odd as well based on what I know (which isn't much). Fuel would be the guy to know.

That one is what you would call a 'Super VR-4'. I believe the autos lose the boost gauge in favour of the power/econo lamps. It has the correct interior with Starquest style head rests and the body coloured wheels which only the Super and Monte Carlo get in Japan.
