5 lug swap required to get a 4 bolt axle on?

I am happy with my 4 lug setup and brakes as well. If I want to use my 4 bolt from my 93 Talon TSI AWD, do I really need to go to a 5 bolt swap?

i may be wrong, but i dont think you do, you just need the cups.

Shane is right, once you disconnect the 4-bolt axle's from their cups on the hubs, you'll notice a 27mm (IIRC) nut on the back. simply undo that nut on both subframes, and swap the 3 bolt cup for the 4 bolt cup. 4 lug with 4 bolt done!

im pretty sure its a 30mm nut, but i have been known to be wrong.

My car has the 4 bolt rear end with the 4x114.3 bolt pattern still. So as the others said it can be done.
