5 lug conversion

Hey guys I was wondering what all I needed in order to do a 5 lug conversion on my gvr4.

Rear hubs, and pretty much the front spindle/knuckle assy from any of the TEL.

Four Hubs, Four rotors, four lug nuts, and four wheels from a 93 AWD DSM is all you need.

Will my calipers bolt up or will I need those also?
