18x7.5" Fit?

I'm looking at a few different wheels and not sure if these will fit. They are 18x7.5 with a +42 offset. I'm pretty sure they would clear the front but not so sure about the back. Also, what would be the biggest tire I could run with a small drop?

They'll fit just fine with a 225/40, however, if you're looking for some better performance go for a 17x8, offset +35 or so with a 245/40. Waaaay more traction.
