you said you replaced your plugs....and redid the gap. What was the gap You used? I had a similar issue and changing my gaps from .28 to .23 got rid of the misfire.

I had the same problem. Apparently I shut the driver side door damaging the small, in-line, rectangular, rubber covered pcb which has the green led recessed into it. A new usb data logging cable fixed the issue.
