  1. WTB: fuel tank

Looking for a fuel tank. Preferably not rotted haha. When I was cleaning mine out I had it by the end of the driveway and when I got a sandwich from inside a junker took it. Smh
  2. wiring woes!

After two and a half years, countless late nights and frustration after frustration I am two fuel lines away from 145 living again. Took some time off due to an evo build I acquired last year. I should have kept up with my build but I have never been a big forum guy and documenting. Regretful...
  3. Spatchana (aka Pot)

Bought some rack mounts from him. Amazing communication and spot on. Definitely checking with him in the future on purchases. Thanks man!
  4. WTB: rack and pinion straps/holders

  8. FS: 3" Intercooler, ACT Clutch, Radiator, Gauges

You gotta watch this guy you will PayPal him and he will ship your item very fast... also communicate really well so beware of the excellence he has to offer... Haha I'm super excited to get this intercooler sir. I totally should have tried to bundle Haha need a 2g elbow and a boost gauge I saw...
  9. FEELER: Complete AC setup

Evaporator sits at a different spot on the firewall so the rear line that comes off and follows the firewall is a different length. That's the only thing I noticed when I tried to mock a 1g kit for my galant.
  10. FEELER: Complete AC setup

This guy right here need everything but evap core and compressor.
  11. wiring woes!

This looks to be progress, was stuck doing remedial work due to rain delays so I tore the cluster apart and sanded the green off the backside and install led lights to replace the incandescent guys. Not perfect and needs are dim didn't have the proper paint for them but all in all I'm okay with...
  12. wiring woes!

I was having trouble tracing through the one big white plug that goes into the dash and it was just for the cluster the cel, water temp tach and all. So it was a big cluster of worry for nothing just didn't have a proper harness to trace off of. But I have power and in the works of making a...
  13. wiring woes!

  14. wiring woes!

A couple nights work, 3 harnesses and a couple new castle turned into a proper engine harness. Big sigh of relief just have to finish with proper loom and mounting then the coolant temp sensor connector none of my harnesses had them, they all were spade connectors.
  15. idreamidrive

Great guy! Just got my vr4 last week and he was very thorough with the explaination of the wiring harness I got from him and uber fast shipment. Saved my day. Thanks again!
  16. wiring woes!

Okay crap sh*t got the manuals out its ass backwards dash harness is stock and the engine harness is the one that was swapped
  17. wiring woes!

  18. wiring woes!

Here are a couple photos I just took maybe this will give a guy familiar with these what I'm looking at before I dig into these service manuals
  19. wiring woes!

I'm gonna snap some photos of this harness on the drivers side and take it from there I'm not here to puff chests or act ridiculous I just want to get this heap on the right track
  20. wiring woes!

As I have my first one, there is no complaining just trying to square things away but you can be that guy kind sir. I'm not going to measure with you and go back and forth I just have to find my way with this car. I'm not much of a forum jockey I usually keep to myself and make everything work...
  21. wiring woes!

Yeah I'm going to get pics tonight and try and resolve all this marklar
  22. WTB: engine wiring harness

Looking for engine harness so I can start making moves to get this heap running
  23. wiring woes!

Prove it sir you said exactly what I said at the beginning I have built harnesses but going behind someone half way through a job is much more work than starting from scratch. I am messaging with one guy for both harnesses. As for that other guy posting saying one hour I don't think so sir you...
  24. wiring woes!

Yeah the engine harness portion doesn't bother me that rats nest is easily combed through just going to get out there tonight and go through the dash harnessand make sure all tthe wires are going into the right spots.
  25. wiring woes!

I don't think it was too bad. 4 bolt swap new struts and shocks h&r lowering springs freshened engine has great compression spun it over with my jump pack spare engine trans and transfer case lots of misc extras for $1500. Not great but not a bad price probably about $1500 or so and I should be...
  26. wiring woes!

Haha part out a car I bought Sunday that doesn't sound kosher. I want done with my 2g so I can drive this daily. Just needs some work. And parts then more work.
  27. wiring woes!

That's the engine harness as it sits when I bought he and the po told me it plugs right into the 1g gsx dash harness minus 1 connector is different. But I haven't dug into anything yet just kind of fiddled around so far like make the brake lines and going over the bolts and nuts. I would...
  28. wiring woes!

There aren't any damaged wires. Its the whole dash harness from a 1g so that's assuming the cluster HVAC and every other thing that bolts to the gsx is the same as the vr4. I didn't say hundreds days like 16 hours. I completely built a new harness for my tc but I started the job and finished it...
  29. wiring woes!

Because he said they took a 1g harness and swapped it in because the galant one was cut up and they had a 1g gsx dash harness and said it looked the same but that doesn't mean all the pin positions are so. I have the factory electrical manual and it is going to take days of man hours to go...
  30. wiring woes!

I think I was floating between venting and if anyone knows if those dash harnesses are pinned the same other than the one plug where it meets the engine harness having a different connector. If someone says yeah totally works I did it then that's a starting point or should I just buy both harnesses?
  31. wiring woes!

So my galant has a 1g DSM dash harness installed in it. I understand mitsu like other manufacturers use many same style plug ends but just because a plug slides in doesn't mean the pins are located the same like using a 2g aem in a 1g have to swap a few things. It would be wonderful if someone...

  34. FS: 363/2000 Part Out (Update 8/3/14)

  35. FS: 774/2000 Full partout (updated with more pics/parts)

Crap okay yeah I was asking for dash harness and engine harness my dash is immaculate. I just wish my wiring was also and I would rather buy then spend days tracing everything out.
  36. new owner 145/2000

So plans are bolting this 67mm ball bearing precision I have on it cleaning the engine bay out and basically all supporting mods to make 350-400whp. I would be happy with less and the only reason I am putting a big turbo on is the car came with nothing and I have this from my old 1g so saves me...
  37. new owner 145/2000

G35? I don't have a g35 I think you might be referring to my tc in the pic. Has a built engine Darton mid sleeves 4202r dry sump oil system tube front to 12pt cage. That's my race car. I have had 3 1g's and my daily now is a built 2g. Love these cars and I'm sure it won't be money pit like the...
  38. FS: 774/2000 Full partout (updated with more pics/parts)

  39. FS: 363/2000 Part Out (Update 8/3/14)

  40. FS: 363/2000 Part Out (Update 8/3/14)
