Check out McMaster's pressure sealing washer. Might be better than an O-ring, and reusable unlike copper crush washers.

I'm wondering what would stop a straight plug from screwing right on through the hole, into the oil galley. If I were to go with straight threads, I would want to use something like this to block up the hole, just as Mitsubishi did on the 2G head. Similar concept to the fittings on the 90 OFH...

Do those engines have the castle plug on the oil pump? It seems like those O-rings always get brittle and start to leak.

I used a ~.030" MIG welder fitting that I ground down a little and stuck inside the rubber hose and the stock old BCS. Crude but it works well. Was able to dial between 15psi wastegate boost up to 27 at around 85% base duty cycle on my 20G.

93 was the change over point to the twin piston. I swapped to 93 Talon / 3000GT fwd brakes in my Talon, so I have the original single piston calipers laying in the garage so I figured I would put them to use.
