the box is all bolted up correctly with the previously mentioned bolts attached.I have check all clearances including the clutch plates.I was thinking that it could have something to do with the input shaft some how?

here is a few pics of my ride and last set up.i just got a new exhaust manifold made up from the guys at Hypertune but haven't had a chance to get pics of it yet.but this set up made 372kw on pump 26psi, 472kw on c16 38psi can't wait to tune up the new set up on some eco friendly E85.
