Guys, there's a slowly racing evo 3 16g that's blown and my question is it worth $175 to purchase and rebuild?

No. If there is any damage to the compressor, turbine, or scoring of the turbine shaft/centerhousing, it's cheaper to buy a new one.

Nope.

I've seen a few MHI E316G floating around locally for $300 with no issues. Bought mine for $200 plus my blown big 16g for a rebuilt E316G ported.
