    yes its the front one, the 344 galant specific part is the bracket that bolts to the block. It should actualy have the numbers 344 stamped on the side of the bracket

    Sometimes if the coating wears off of a pulley it will start squealing, somking is extreme. You should make sure that none of pulleys are frozen aswell
