    Transparent dsm is right you need air fuel and spark plus compression for a motor.Also check your fuses and relays sometime when hard starting the mpi fuse will blow.

    A down firing turbo will not work with an ETS FMIC designated for a VR-4. Especially if you have radiator in stock location. You could probably make a down firing turbo work but you would literally have to cut a ton of sh*t out of your car.

    I think the 4g63 oil filter are the same on the montero and some other mitsubishis. Can't remember off the top of my head which models but I'm pretty sure the montero is one of them.
