  1. Ring replacement w/ engine in car

That's a fleabay china special turbo. Works great as a door stopper, but that's about all it's good for.
  2. FS: Used oil pan with new gasket $20+shipping

Found this in my garage while cleaning up. I bought this just for the return line a few years ago and forgot I still have this. It has been cleaned up pretty well but has a few small dents. Asking $20 plus actual shipping cost.
  3. Iraqi Galant Sighting for your enjoyment.

Don't let the insurgents know that you like those. They'll start using them for IEDs.
  4. Galant AWD swap questions.

Save yourself the headache, just buy a GVR4. The swap you want to do might cost near to or more than the GVR4's in the for sale section.
  5. Car died, won't start

This happened to me 8 years ago on my 1st gen GST, turned out to be the infamous ECU caps.
  6. timing belt

When I was still in the Philippines, dumb dogs that eat/destroy everything gets eaten by the local drunks! Is that still going on?
  7. A better post about my vr4 problem

You know there is a second set of plug wires in that box of parts that I gave you. I called you but you didn't answer so I sent the datalogger charger and shifter bushings to the Vegas address you gave about 12 hours ago.
  8. A better post about my vr4 problem

Bryan, check the Base Idle Set Screw. Remember, the car was surging and I had to adjust it to compensate when the idle stabilized (after it gets to operating temps). Also, the ECU was recapped by Terry Posten in late 2007 and the car has been garaged most of the time and I've only added a few...
  9. What's the dumbest......

Used a "vatozone" alternator which crapped out in less than two months. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's done this before.
  10. car smoking

Smoking is a bad habit, tell your car to quit, buy nicotine patches.
  11. FS:91 GVR4 680/2000 SoCal SOLD!

You're welcome. Thank you for coming out to get her! With the number of miles you did driving home, the clutch should be broke in and you're ready to bring the boost up slowly to 18psi. Remember to datalog and tune every time you bring the boost up. Adjust the Greddy Type S blow off valve...
  12. FS:91 GVR4 680/2000 SoCal SOLD!

    Sold........
  13. FS:91 GVR4 680/2000 SoCal SOLD!

    Sale pending.
  14. FS:91 GVR4 680/2000 SoCal SOLD!

Ryan, I would love to trade you, it would be easier to sell that here ( I would probably make more money too), but it would be worth a lot more if the car has a BAR label and all the emission stuff was intact, taking an out of state car without those are too much of a risk. The CA DMV might not...
  15. FS:91 GVR4 680/2000 SoCal SOLD!

Joel, if you do buy the car, maybe you can go to the track (Willow Springs or Buttonwillow) with me. I still haven't taken 680 to the track.
