Ok I was looking at the turbo's I have on my shelf, I have what appears to be a garret T28 turbo, and a 16g, I've had the t28 since before I got my car running but always thought it was smaller, and less powerful than the 16g.

I was looking, and it seems like the t28 is comparable to the 16g or better, what are your thoughts?

Yes, the T28 is comparable to the 16g.

It was the "stock appearing" upgrade to the dismal T25 that came on the 2g cars stock.

cool, that was my suspicion, i was just going to be mad at myself for not using it, when i could have saved myself the cost of a new turbo when my old 14b went out.

its actually in pretty good shape, it could use a good clean, spray some cleaner in on the blades, cause it has sat for a while. it has a tiny bit of side to side shaft play, i've never used it, i brought it used, but i was told it pulled good, and never smoked at all. i hadnt thought about selling it before, what would you give for it?

ill clean it up tomorrow, and upload some pictures.
