2000+ VR4 swap ..

I was just wondering if any of these have made it state side? I've had my 2002 Galant for some years now and always wondered about that. If it was possible I'd definitely be interested in tracking the stuff down in the next few months to make it happen. Let me know if anyone has any knowledge about this state side, please!

plus I think the 2000 year models would be illegal. It might be cheaper and less headaches if you just move out of the states.

There is one stateside in Maryland, however that owner went through a lot to get it legalized.

The more popular thing (and the way I would do it) would be get the VR4 body parts, some of the AWD swap parts from a JDM VR4 and a 2G DSM, and swap an Evo 8-9 4G63T into it. A few guys have done it, and I would prefer that over the 2.5L TT V6.
