WTB: Someone to rebuild transmission (local to Eastern TX, LA, MS, AL)

My transmission is in a bad way. I don't have a clue of the first thing I'm looking at when I pop off the end cover let alone how to fix what. I'd like to rebuild my current one and need guidance/expertise and most important someone capable of rebuilding it. Either a Gvr4 member or a known reputable shop is preferred.

Thanks KT. I replaced the Output shaft recently however I still have problems. The tranny is stuck in gear.
