WTB: Shifter bushings. my creative fix has ceased to work...

Worked well enough that I forgot that I actually jury rigged the bushing when it popped off the first time. I'm basically looking for the fastest solution I can find since flipping the bushing over is really only going to work once (and it has now run its course).

Anyone within a day of Portland, Oregon?
