WTB: Lower timing belt cover

I have a black lower cover. Ad says $30, but I'll take $20. The black plastic piece that is covering that broken part fell off, but it could be repaired easily. If you are not in a rush, I could give it to my brother when he comes up here next since he lives in Eagan still.
