WTB: driver's window switch, both front inner door handles, other misc interior

Alright so I'm looking for the items in the title, Driver's lower kick panel, driver's a pillar and the little thing between the radio and shifter (felt covered). I think that's it for now.

And it's not the driver's A pillar, more so the trim on top that runs from the a pillar to the c pillar.

I should say that by inner door handles I mean the chrome handles you pull to open the door.
