After I install my JDM bumper I won't be needing my USDM rear bumper support, so if you don't find one by then I'll just give you mine man, you just pay shipping and it's yours.

wow thats very generous of you, thats why i love this forum! this is the first forum i've been a member of where the members really go out of there way to help eachother out with things. do you know a time frame of when it might be completed? i could also use the 2 brackets that go on the inside of the bumper to hold it on (including all the little clips and screws) if your willing to part ways wiuth that i dont mind at all to send some extra cash your way. that was really cool of you to offer that to me. you can send me a PM or just reply back here if you want. thanks a million... Sorry I haven't PM'd you back yet. If Mike falls through, I don't mind trying to hook you up with some brackets. Bumper is still on my parts car, so it will just be a few. Shipping that beam from Texas is going to be expensive. That thing is big and heavy

the end of January is fine with me. and do you think its worth spending the money to ship it? i didnt realize it was that big since i never had one to begin with, but w/o it my bumper wont be on there the correct way will it? what exactly is the role of the support beam? (besides supporting it lol) is it supposed to take some of the impact if i got rear ended or is it just for cosmetic purposes? thanks guys

The main purpose of it is to take most of the impact of a rear end collision, without it on getting rear ended with crumple the back of the car much easier. Plus The bumper cover mounts to it.

Yeah I think we could do the grey hound thing, i heard that's one of the cheapest way to ship big stuff.

Oh okay, in that case I def need/want the part lol. I never heard of shipping through grey hound before. I wonder if it works just like USPS & fed ex or if you have to go about it a different way, and if they deliver straight to my house or I gotta pick it up? Either way I'll make it work. Oh and are you able to sell the bumper brackets and clips with it? I could also use those unless someone knows where I can find replacement ones...

It is, and one of the fastest. The only thing is the you have to go to the depot to pick up what ever was shipped to you.

Yeah I'll give you the brackets too, I don't know what the clips look like though so maybe you can show me a pic or something.

Hey Citymunky, when sending by greyhound, does it need to wrapped up or boxed, or can it just be the bare part?

I think he means the little clips that hold the brackets to the tabs on the urethane. They look like a little Domo mouth, haha.

turbowop is right they do look like them haha and thats what i was talking about, i should of been a little more specific. so all i need now is the rear support beam, and also the 2 brackets that hold the bumper on with all the little domo mouths lol and screws.

And thanks, for the info LIV4PSI. I'll try to wrap that thing abd box it.

Okay cool, so I'll just have to go and pick it up from the depot then? I never heard if shipping through grey hound so this is a first for me.
