WTB: 3" turboback

I need a new exhaust for my car in order for it to pass inspection and figured i might as well upgrade. I have a 3" high flow cat so it can have a cat or not. If not ill just cut a section out and clamp the cat in. I have a nice 1g 3" exhaust but i wasnt sure exactly what was necissary to make it work and i really dont want to hack it up. Im located in central, NJ so im looking for something i can pick up some what close. Thanks
