Who had that clean electrical rewire?

I tried searching for it and I cant find it. Does anyone know off hand which member did the rewire of his car and made the panel with the relays on it. I remember it being very clean and he "had a relay for everything."

Was it a Summit white car and he has a tallon as a daily I saw one on one of the build threads not sure if its the same one but he did a dam good job on the wiring.
