At first I thought it was just another clock that someone glued in, but today when I was looking at it, it kept saying -.04. I pulled it out, and it looks like maybe it's a knock gauge?? One wire goes to the ECU, the rest are spliced into the clock wiring.

yeah, didn't even think of a/f gauge. I still have no clue, but you might be right.

I know the guy who used to own that car. He lives a few blocks a way from me, I can ask him.

I was sad when my jumptronix went bad. I thought I had tuning issues but it turns out that it was consistently ready like 10% off vs MMCD logger. Battery voltage was off too. I ran it for like 8 years.
