Unknown camshafts ? (Help)

Got some cams here that I can't find any information on took them out a 7 bolt head.There is a k stamped on both cams one with one dot the other with three. Intake cam has 272 stamped with the three dot k the exhaust has 252 with one k and one dot

is there any marking (under) the face of the cam.

Imagine you stood it straight up and looked down on the end.

they sometimes have marks indicative there.

I dont know if the K on it is indicative of OLD kelford?
