turbo housing question

This may be a stupid le broad question, if so just say so and ignore this post. Who all makes an turbo where the external wastegate flange comes directly from the exhaust side of the turbo.
Supposedly I have a garrett 3071r but it's in an unknown housing. All info I know about it is the compressor is .60 ar and it is a stock manifold dlange (t25)
