Throttle body washer?

Does anyone know if there is a plastic washer that is inside where the TPS or the spring is located? I redid the seals on my t-body over the weekend and found a small plastic washer on the table. I didn't know where it came from, so I placed it in the TPS side of the shaft. In order...plastic washer, sensor arm, washer(metal), nut and then the TPS. I checked all the internet and diagrams and cant seem to find any info on this. If anyone has a diagram or parts list I would greatly appreciate it. I`m having problems with my idle being high right now, and I`m thinking I did something wrong when I took it apart. Thanks...

Your order is correct. The metal washer should also be a lock washer.

How about the plastic washer? I follow this how to , and it doesn't show that piece.

Plastic washer goes under the sensor arm. It says it in the write up.
