So I have been looking and looking for a solid answer, I found tons of opinions and would like the wise opinions of the .org

Stock feed location from head, brand new gt3076r.

Read on tooners that you should always have a restrictor on BB turbos.

Read on an srt forum that they have a built in oil restrictor and should not use another one?

Just spent a good amount of money on this thing and would like to keep it in great shape for a long time, if anyone has a BB turbo please tell me what you think is best for the setup.

Thinking about buying the kit from extreme psi, but it does not say what fitting comes with it. Does anyone know? ExtremePSI

I would run FP's Black restrictor/filter. I use that, from my oil filter housing on my 30r - no issues.

Thanks guys.

I just got off the phone with ExtremePSI and if you select the 30r/35r option the fitting is a restrictor fitting.

They also highly recommended a restrictor.

The absolute BEST route to go with ANY turbo is to contact the turbo's manufacturer. It takes the guesswork out of the equation completely, and they know better than anyone what their turbos are designed to take lubrication and pressure-wise.

Hope that helps!
