Starter clutch relay pix

My car won't start. When I start it. I hear a click from the passanger side footwell. Where is the starter clutch relay located? Any pictures?

What I did to troubleshoot it was to check the connector at the starter solenoid for 12 vdc during start. 0 vdc during start. My next step was to hook a remote start from the battery to the solenoid. It starts.
