q: galant gsx harness and galant vr4 turbo same?

i wanted to replace my galant gsx piston, im thinking of making it turbo..is possible for me to use my stock harnes plus turbo ecu?

is these the only parts i need?

*14b/16g turbo with o2 housing
*exhaust manifold off a vr4
*downpipe

You will need to wire in the injector resistor pack, I think the coil/ptu are different.
