Pulleys and Tensioners help!!!!

I need to get new timing pulleys and tensioners, I know jnz carrys them and so does Rockm auto I just wanted to know if anyone knew what the part numbers are. I am really just wanting to make sure I am getting the right ones.
Just so you know I have the hydraulic tensioner already and the belt just need the pulleys thanks guys.
