I ordered a bunch of parts from them on 6/8/08 and I never received an email or anything confirming the order. I spoke to one of the reps and they said it would be shipped that day and it wasn't. It was finally shipped today 6/13/08 5 days after i made the order and still no email saying it was shipped. Their excuse was that they didn't have all the parts at one warehouse but even then i didn't receive an email saying this. I also ordered some parts from JNZ and received it by 6/11/08. Well lesson learned from now on I'll only deal with JNZ.
