No start

My galant vr4 1992 edition has a no start problem ...... What should my gas pressure be ?

depends, any mods?? is it an after market regulator? most common answer is 39 psi, but can range. i have a lot of things done to mine and i run 43.5 psi, but i have tuning capabilities.

fuel pump, fuel sock, fuel filter.

Transparent dsm is right you need air fuel and spark plus compression for a motor.

Also check your fuses and relays sometime when hard starting the mpi fuse will blow.

i have those it just wont start by the gas pump but if i pour gas in the intake it will start

20psi is too low of fuel pressure. Check your fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel pump sock as stated above
