Hello, I'm Kyle and I am the new owner of 1880. I've owned it for just slightly more than a year now, but for some odd reason could not register to this site until just now. Probably the new site upgrade allowed me to register or something. Nevertheless, I am the proud new owner of 1880 and since owning it have loved it more and more each day.

Mod List:
Engine: 268/272 BC Cams, Tomei Adjustable Gears, Crower springs and retainers, Kiggly Racing HLA, Intake and Exhaust ported to match gaskets, stock bottom end, Balance shaft deleted, currently building bottom end I just need pistons and thats it; I am thinking of doing .20 over
Turbo & Fuel/Air: FP manifold and full 3" SS exhaust with E316G using turbolab internals - eventually I will replace wheel with my 20g wheel and replace compressor housing to anti surge 3" housing, Turbosmart compgate40 on O2housing. Deatchwerks 320LPH pump and aeromotive AFPR, RC1200cc injectors low z, Evo 8 maf, 2.5in turbo piping with 4in FMIC not sure what kind I just know its bar and plate
Suspension and Brakes: Deleted ABS due to leaking and replaced with SS lines, rebuilt control arms and steering rack, looking for a 4bolt rear end currently still on 3bolt. Wanting either 3000gt calipers or CTSV calipers eventually.
Monitoring and Logging: ECMLink V3, Innovate fuel/air, Oil pressure, Boost
Random Bits: Recently installed an external oil cooler using a 90's filter housing and a HKS low temp thermostat and it really helps keep the temps down even on hot days here. Just got done paint matching a fiberglass AMG replica grille and it turned out super nice after the 7th paint mixture haha. Still waiting on a mitsu badge to shove in there but I am digging the badge-less grille. I grabbed some ABS plastic sheets and made my own bumper shutters on the fog lamp holes as my fog lamps were busted and ugly.
My goals are to get the turbo done and get my coilovers on and upgrade my calipers. Then I will definitely need a tune I am hoping for 400 but happy with whatever I get. One day 1880 will get corn juice and a built bottom end, just need pistons for the bottom end I am working on. I also am in need of a windshield, apparently nobody local can get one but I am still hunting. Thanks!

Dude! Air box looks pretty cool! Is that an FP manifold? I have one on my 1G, and a not-installed blanket similar to yours...never knew if it would fit, so waiting for a reason to try it. Mine is uncoated so the cover will go a long way on the eyes too. Welcome!

Sure is! I really like the blanket honestly. It definitely makes it a lot more uniform under the hood. Ive never coated mine either and just threw it on and it fits really good.
