Knock sensor and idle problem

Okay so I believe this is my knock sensor (The gray plug)

And it's not plugged in, and I don't see what it plugs into? But besides that, is that what is probably causing my idol problem?

I start it up, and it idles fine. I'll rev it and it's come back down and idle. It's about 1k because I turned it up abit.
When I drive it for about 10 minutes, towards the end of that 10 minutes when I left off it doesn't want to idle and when I park it in the garage it has trouble idling and if I rev it up past about 3k it'll die when it comes down. Is that from the knock sensor not being plugged into anything?

Misadjusted BISS could be the cause of your poor idle. Or possibly a bad ISC you may have been compensating for.
