Issue when replying to messages

When I try to reply to a received message lately, I get a bunch of junk in the middle of the reply. See below:

When I attempt to send the message without removing it, I get this page:

Ryan, this appears to be a security feature that wants to screen out email or paypal addresses included on older pms in the reply. I have deleted those from the reply and then they send.

Try that.

Ok. Thats what I've been doing but never had that happen until recently.
