Is there a sleeve that goes in the front motor mount?

Got the motor in 1280 today finally.
Am I missing a sleeve for the front motor mount.I have the right bolt but it is not tight in the mount itself only in the bracket holes..I looked around and cant find it in the shop.So that leads me to believe I lost it if in fact one belongs there.

the only sleeve is the one that is in the rubber, but it doesn't come out.

Ok..Its been so long since I took the car apart I couldnt remember.
