Input shaft adapter

I have the trans out of my car due to catastrophic failure and I noticed that my splines on my input shaft are about ready to strip out. My clutch hubs are also ready to strip out. I am running a Quarter Master twin disc with the hardened hubs in the discs. I have already stripped one set of discs out. Does anyone make a coupler that will slide over my input shaft making full contact with the splines from start to finish and adapts it to a bigger more aggresive spline for a chevy or something with a large input shaft or am I going to have to make one, cause this is getting old.
