Idle Issues

My car's idle is all over the place.

Here is a quick video. At 33 seconds is when Im coming to a stop and put the car in neutral and the idle starts acting crazy.

The car was idling fine until I adjusted the biss from 48 to 30. After which I put back to 48 but made no difference.

Boost leak test. Messing with the biss could have easily caused it to start leaking.
