Hybrid 16g curious

Has anyone tried using an Evo x turbine housing on say an evo3 16g or the like. I'm just curious how much of a gain the twin scroll design helps with spool and power. Not worried about building a manifold or o2 housing I can build what I need(the perks of being a Tig welder/fabricator for a living). Just really trying to find out if the 2 halves of the each turbo can actually be mated together?
